Hampton Roads has been experiencing an influx of rodent activity over the last few years, mainly with mice and rats.

Level Up Home Services has decided to take a different approach to tackling the issue. Instead of just routine baiting, we focus our efforts on exclusion in conjunction with our One-Time Baiting Service. Our goal is to keep the rodents out by limiting their access in. 

We start with a thorough inspection, where we will pinpoint the most likely entryways as well explain potential access points for rodents. Each area will be documented with photos and a detailed explanation of how and why the areas should be sealed. Currently, our inspections come with a PDF attachment sent to you via email, similar to a home inspection report. The inspections are free, and the solutions are affordable!

This isn't always an overnight fix, however. There are situations which will need repeated baiting efforts - but rest assured that there will be no long-term commitments required.

After exclusion work has been performed, we strongly urge our clients to routinely monitor the areas sealed (or have them monitored by us). Rodents can be persistent and find other ways in. They can chew through wood, siding, and more, and this is why we recommend further monitoring.

The cost of rodent exclusion varies per home, as each residence has its own set of entryways. We will need to first inspect the property in order to give you an accurate cost of service. With our Rodent Exclusion service, we will offer a one-year limited warranty on the exclusion work provided. If rodents get through our work, we will come back out at no charge to re-seal the area(s).
