Airbnb hosts are expected to maintain a healthy and clean environment for their guests, which means keeping their properties free of bed bugs and other pests. If a guest encounters bed bugs or other pests, they're encouraged to contact the hose. When this happens, the guests may be entitled to a refund, and they may also leave a negative review about their experience. 

This poses a serious problem for Airbnb hosts, one that can become quite costly.

For this reason, we have implemented three new pest control programs strictly catering to Airbnb hosts.

Our initial service is the most important service. We not only treat the inside and outside, but we also dust the wall voids behind accessible outlets and switches. The product we use has the potential to last years if left undisturbed. Not only that, this is the same product we use for bed bug and German roach treatments, so this is a great preventative step for both bed bugs and roaches.

Since we are taking these steps initially, we offer drastic discounts on bed bug treatments as well as include German roach activity as a pest covered under your service.

The Initial Service Charge is $165.00.

We can treat your Airbnb once a month, once every two months, or once every three months. Each service will include and interior and exterior application, spider web removal, as well as an inspection for any visible, potential conducive conditions and pest entryways.

In order to maintain control, we need hosts to play their role in cleanliness as well general upkeep of the properties.

All programs are covered for general pests (ants, roaches, spiders, earwigs, paper wasps, Boxelder bugs, mice, etc.) and German roaches. The bi-monthly and quarterly services come with in-between services at no extra charge. Due to the frequency of applications on Monthly Pest Control, the need for in-between services are far and few between.

Quarterly Pest Control: $85.00-$95.00 every three months after Initial Service.

Bi-Monthly Pest Control: $55.00-$65.00 every other month after Initial Service.

Monthly Pest Control: $45.00-$55.00 every month after Initial Service. With your monthly service, you get one free yard application (up to 25 feet away from the dwelling perimeter) near the Spring season.

When you choose your service, you will not be required to sign a long-term commitment. You can cancel your Airbnb pest control at any time without penalty. We do require you to sign a Scope of Services Form so you understand what's covered under your program.

We do offer add-on services. Prices vary due to location, scope of work, etc. As well, we will quote you the cost of a bed bug treatment in the event an infestation ever occurs. This will be discounted and the charge is on a per-room cost, so you will know the total cost of a bed bug treatment beforehand.
