Our philosophy on routine pest control is simple:
We consider each appointment a job application for the next pest control service. We at Level Up don't want our clients concerned with cancellation fees regarding their pest elimination. Life happens, and we understand that. Should a service become out of your budget or something you no longer need, you don't deserve to feel hassled into continuing our program. We work with you, not against you.
We stock a multitude of pesticides on our vehicles. We use at least 3 different products at each routine service when the inside and outside are treated. It doesn't stop there, however. Some accounts will require more attention than others, depending on infestation(s). Our technicians may use gel baits, aerosols, rodenticides, monitoring traps, growth requlators, and more - and there is no extra charge for this for any pests covered under your program. For example, if you have a major outbreak of odorous ants and need a re-service, we won't charge you extra for any products needed to eliminate the colony. All products used are registered through the E.P.A. and mixed/applied in accordance with their respective labeling. Our service technicians will inform you of what has been applied and any recommendations to help expedite pest elimination.
Whether through professional pest elimination or store-bought products, pests can become resistant to certain ingredients/formulations. Also, if you or your provider aren't adhering to label requirements, treatments may be entirely ineffective. Trained Pest Management Professionals should be using a "rotating stock" of products to help eliminate pesticide resistance - though that doesn't mean this is happening. If you have routine maintenance through a professional and you've had continued issues with the same pest(s), it may be time to speak with a company representative to see what products have been used and what can be done to solve the problem in a timely manner.
Some other factors may be that the product(s) have expired, were improperly stored, or were handled in a way that broke formulation.
